Taking incoming calls and correctly updating information in the database
Processing customer requests with professionalism, calmness and efficiency
Redirecting calls to relevant departments (dispatch, prepay, etc.) when necessary
Completed high school studies or equivalent (an advantage)
Fluent knowledge of English (mandatory condition)
Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail, ability to adapt and responsibility in carrying out tasks
