Responsibility

  • Taking incoming calls and correctly updating information in the database

  • Processing customer requests with professionalism, calmness and efficiency

  • Redirecting calls to relevant departments (dispatch, prepay, etc.) when necessary

Obligations

  • Completed high school studies or equivalent (an advantage)

  • Fluent knowledge of English (mandatory condition)

  • Very good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Attention to detail, ability to adapt and responsibility in carrying out tasks

Salary

From 10,000 to 15,000 MDL (depending on performance and skills).

Working conditions

Full-time work schedule, 5 days a week

Night Shift: 23:00 – 06:30
