As a candidate, you will be responsible for the development and smooth operation of the Parts Sales Department. We are looking for a professional Sales Director who can equip the department with qualified solutions.
* Management of inventories under authority;
* Development of plans and orders for the acquisition of stock;
* Allocation of stock among subordinate commercial units;
* Analysis of pricing policy for spare parts;
* Setting prices for spare parts;
* Attracting new partners and clients;
* Monitoring and supervision of employee activities;
* Organization and continuous monitoring of trade unit activities under authority;
* Developing work schedules and plans for employees;
* Lead generation, developing, and cultivating customer relationships;
* Conducting outbound warm/cold calls, writing emails, and general prospecting;
* Market research and achieving sales targets;
* Ongoing activity in CRM;
* Continuous reporting activities.
Romanian and Russian languages – mandatory.
