Job description

AVANTE – a rapidly growing company in the field of fuel distribution, is looking for a responsible, organized, and results-oriented Gas Station Manager. If you have experience in coordination and are looking for a stable job in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team!

Responsibility

Marketing of fuels and store products;

Organization and monitoring of the entire activity process at the Fuel Station;

Safe operation of the Hazardous Industrial Facility;

Record-keeping and monitoring of the deadlines for permit documents and metrological acts;

Maintenance of technical equipment and machinery in working condition;

Inventory management of merchandise and petroleum products;

Financial resources accounting;

Bears material responsibility for all goods, equipment, and machinery located at the Fuel Station;

Bears material responsibility for inventory under management of merchandise and petroleum products;

Bears responsibility for displayed prices of goods in stores and for petroleum product prices set at the price board and dispensers;

Organization and monitoring of staff activities, coordination of employees' work schedules, and task delegation;

Ensuring compliance with internal activity procedures.

Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the station's territory and its associated green areas.

Customer relationship management, analysis, and resolution of complaints.

Obligations

Technical Studies, Economic Studies.

Experience-Is an advantage

Knowledge of foreign languages: Romanian, Russian, English-an advantage

Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Intelect Soft;

Personal qualities:

Responsibility and integrity;

Punctuality;

Ability to coordinate team and daily activities;

Analytical thinking and quick decision-making skills;

Effective communication and proactive attitude;

Driving license, is an advantage
