Head of the B2B Sales Group
About the department’s activity:
Sales of professional chemical products, hygiene products, and accessories for the HoReCa, office, and industrial sectors.
The department’s portfolio includes brands such as Grass, Ruta, Selpak, and others.
Clients can also purchase wholesale products from the range of Casa Curata stores.
Organizing and coordinating the activities of the department team, including recruiting, training, and developing employees.
Developing and implementing plans to achieve the department's key performance indicators.
Establishing and maintaining long-term partnership relations with key clients and suppliers.
Managing stock levels and controlling receivables.
Developing and overseeing the department's budget.
Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and monitoring the department’s objectives.
Negotiating with clients and partners at the management level.
Adhering to corporate standards and company values.
Monitoring market trends, pricing policy, and competitor activities.
Preparing periodic reports for company management.
Increasing sales volumes in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Actively expanding the customer base and maintaining client loyalty.
Optimizing and expanding the company's product portfolio.
Efficient management of the B2B sales team, focused on achieving strategic goals (main clients: HoReCa, offices, and industrial facilities).
Experience in B2B sales, preferably with clients from the HoReCa sector.
Fluent in Romanian and Russian.
Perseverance, determination, and result-oriented mindset.
Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in staff management and team development is an advantage.

Competitive salary system: MDL 18,000 + bonuses (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturday/Sunday as weekends;
