Call Center Director

• You will coordinate 5 teams and ensure that objectives are met;

• Completed higher education;

• Minimum 3 years experience in team coordination;

• Knowledge of French (minimum B1) and English (minimum A2);

• Previous experience in a multinational work environment is an advantage;

• Skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);

• Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
