Retail Network Manager

• Coordination and development of the Franzeluța specialized store network;

• Execution of the sales plan and systematic reporting of the results of its activities;

• Coordinating the process of opening new sales points;

• Coordination, planning, and organizing the activities carried out within the store network;

• Achievement of the qualitative and quantitative goals established for this position;

• Managing the team of specialized store managers;

• Other activities as per the job description.

• Comparable work experience - min. 3 years;

• Language proficiency: Romanian, Russian;

• Computer skills (MS Office suite);

• Driver's license cat. B;

• Leadership and personnel management competence;

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
