Invest Credit supports entrepreneurs in Moldova with innovative and flexible financial solutions, being a non-banking financial institution (NBF) dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
EOS Implementation and Facilitation:
Lead the implementation of EOS principles within the organization.
Facilitate EOS sessions, including Vision Building, Quarterly Rocks, Level 10 Meetings, and others as per the EOS framework.
Act as the point of contact for EOS-related queries and provide guidance to leadership and teams.
Strategic Implementation:
Lead the execution of Invest Credit’s strategic plan, aligning operations with organizational goals.
Together with the heads of subordinate departments set and quarterly review the general short-, medium- and long-term development objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand our client base and innovate customer acquisition strategies.
Align company budget with its strategic goals. Lead the budgeting process with the CEO and CFO and ensures the budget reflects the goals outlined in the Business Plan.
Operational Integration:
Collaborate with department heads to align processes and ensure consistent execution of organizational goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Implement tools and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the activity of the subordinated departments, provides feedback, ensure accountability, work with the department directors to drive growth, excellence and resolve issues.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with EOS goals.
Regularly monitor and report on KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.
Client Engagement and Portfolio Growth:
Engage with prospective and existing clients to gather meaningful feedback and strengthen relationships.
Drive initiatives to grow our loan portfolio while maintaining high standards of client service.
Resource Management:
Oversee and develop human, technical, financial, and informational resources to support operational efficiency and growth.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and Invest Credit’s mission, vision and values.
Develop Human Resources and payroll policies, identify recruitment needs and participates in staff selection and integration. Take responsibility for guiding and developing employees in the company. Monitor and participate in the professional evaluation activity of employees within the company.
Change Management and Continuous Improvement:
Drive change initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate results to stakeholders.
Identify ways to evolve the products/services offered by the company in accordance with market trends and in your connectedness to Invest Credit’s clients and prospective clients.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Provide strategic leadership to teams across departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and achievement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives that support Invest Credit’s strategic objectives.
Ensure a climate of communication and encouragement of the initiatives that will contribute to the achievement of the established objectives.
Identify, plan and oversee organization of the most impactful social responsibility activities Invest Credit could support and be part of.
Operational Excellence:
Implement best practices in lending operations to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to market dynamics.
Develop and authorize internal policies, decisions, rulings, and operational procedures.
Supervize, organize, coordinate and support the fraud prevention and internal control activity. Approve and reviewe risk management processes within the company.
Examine external audit reports, reviews or controls and take remedial measures.
Lead the organization in creating and maintaining systems that ensure the Technological, Financial and Human resources of the organization are being grown, respected and evolved to consistently meet the needs of Invest Credit’s clients and its Mission and Vision.
Supervise, organize, coordinate and ensure the implementation of the activities necessary to comply with the legal provisions in force as well as the internal rules and procedures of the company, ensuring the implementation of legal processes, supervise the implementation of back office processes, supervise and coordinate the process of adjusting the company's internal regulations in accordance with the legislation in force.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions on EOS principles and tools for employees at all levels.
Provide coaching to departmental EOS Champions to build EOS expertise within the organization.
Support leadership in talent development and succession planning efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation within the financial services sector, preferably in non-banking lending institutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Project management experience and proficiency in change management methodologies.
Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of driving organizational growth and operational excellence.
Good command of Romanian and English.
Driving license and driving experience.
