We are seeking a Marketing and PR Department Director to lead and implement our marketing and communication strategy within an innovative group of companies.
Development and implementation of the overall marketing and PR strategy for the group of companies and sub-brands.
Coordinating and overseeing the marketing team, providing feedback and professional development.
Planning and managing the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.
Creating and implementing integrated campaigns: advertising, digital, social media, PR, and events.
Managing and strengthening the brand identity to reflect the company's values and messages.
Analyzing the results of marketing campaigns, generating performance reports, and adjusting strategies.
Engaging with external partners (agencies, suppliers) and managing contracts.
Monitoring market trends and adopting the latest technologies and marketing strategies.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
Coordinating market research, analyzing results, and developing proposals to enhance products/services.
Minimum 5-7 years experience in a leadership role in Marketing and PR.
Completed higher education in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or similar fields.
Excellent leadership skills, team coordination, and budget management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
Communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
Orientation towards innovation, rapid adaptation to changes, and a focus on results.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and current trends in the field.
