Deputy Manager for Alcoholic Beverage Production
ensuring the execution of scheduled production tasks
quality control of products, adherence to standards and norms
shift personnel management: task allocation, training new employees, team motivation
maintaining reports on production performance indicators
ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations in production
interaction with other departments to solve arising issues
organizing and monitoring the shift work on the production line
higher or secondary education
experience in production is welcome
knowledge of food production processes and technologies
team management skills and the ability to organize work processes
ability to work with documentation and reporting
computer skills
knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
