Store Manager

Coming soon, we are opening a specialized store on the factory premises.

Rogob Company is looking for a team member to fill the position of Store Manager.

Role: Overseeing and managing the store and warehouse/materials storage area; handling staff management, ensuring the store's overall appearance, as well as its technical and commercial operations

• Management and evaluation of team members' activity within their area based on performance indicators. Keeping track of employees and ensuring the optimal number on shifts;

• Maximizing sales by capitalizing on all opportunities;

• Control and optimization of business indicators (volume, service level, operational expenses, revenue);

• To promote and protect the Company’s image by strictly monitoring activities related to: adherence to merchandising standards and sale price communication, ensuring the communication of promotions and other marketing activities in store, according to the marketing plan;

• Operational expense management;

• Responsible for managing the control and use of store’s goods;

• Developing team members by effectively, thoroughly, and timely conducting coaching sessions and feedback;

• To be acquainted with and address customer and business partner complaints/grievances in accordance with the Company's policy;

• Strictly adheres to ISO22000 standards and ensures that the subordinate team is aware of and complies with the standards;

• experience in managing a store for at least 2 years;
