Sales team management: recruitment, training, and motivation of employees;
Development and implementation of a sales strategy to achieve set goals;
Analysis and forecasting of sales, development of reporting and business analysis;
Continuous work with clients, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships;
Development and implementation of effective sales methods and enhancement of team efficiency;
Monitoring the fulfillment of sales plans and budgets;
Participation in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns;
Improving processes and implementing new technologies in the department's operations.
Sales experience of at least 3 years, including at least 1 year in a sales department managerial position;
Excellent leadership qualities, ability to motivate and manage a team;
Knowledge and experience with various sales methods and negotiation techniques;
Strategic planning and analysis skills;
Proficiency in working with CRM systems and analyzing data;
High level of communicability and organizational abilities;
Results-oriented and capable of multitasking.
