What you will do:
You will create and implement conceptual ideas for events.
You will select and coordinate external collaborators, compile budgets, and manage projects from start to finish.
You will organize events such as: concerts, festivals, workshops, film screenings, sports activities, and many others.
You will prepare creative presentations and promote the complex's potential to clients.
You will create photo and video content for reports and event promotion.
You will participate in marketing activities and internal company events.
Who we are looking for:
You have experience in the event industry, advertising agencies, or marketing.
You are capable of organizing and implementing projects “from A to Z”.
You are well acquainted with the event industry (venues, collaborators, artists, catering, etc.).
You speak Romanian and Russian fluently (both orally and in writing).
You are a creative person, resilient to stress, and full of initiative.
