Fuel Station Manager

• ensures the supervision of the work area during fuel unloading and participates in the tank unloading process by checking seals, the quality of the fuel, and filling out the unloading form with appropriate data;

• performs the measurement of stock levels in petroleum product tanks, as well as reading the pump meters at the end of the shift;

• ensures the station's proper technical functioning;

• checks, arranges, and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards of the station's territory as imposed by the company;

• provides a high level of customer service;

• participates in serving customers (fueling transport units at the pumps);

• manages the market and cafe activities adjacent to the fuel station;

• is responsible for the activities of subordinate staff.

• higher education (technical/economic/business administration);

• maximum age 50

• computer skills (Microsoft Office);

• proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages;

• the position is open for male candidates;

• knowledge of basic bookkeeping is an advantage;

• personal organizational skills and team management abilities, as well as conflict resolution skills;

• work experience in sales and customer service is an advantage.

• Employment in accordance with current legislation, including a full benefits package;

• Work week: Monday-Friday, work hours: 8 AM-5 PM;

• Payment for telephone calls.

Net salary of 14,500 (fixed salary + sales commission).
