We are looking for a new team member to plan and manage the entire activity of the Regional Sales Center.
Collaborate with partner responsible institutions (both governmental and private), aiming to maintain and develop the activities of the Regional Center
Recruit, train, and develop subordinate staff
Organize, coordinate, and supervise technical and commercial activities for the growth of the Regional Center
Ensure the Regional Center's employee activities are in accordance with the group's established processes and procedures
Plan individual and subordinate employees' tasks and work time
Coordinate and organize the work process of the employees
Higher education (background in telecommunications will be considered an advantage)
Advanced customer communication skills
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Mandatory team management experience
Fluent in Romanian and Russian languages
Advanced computer skills
Basic knowledge of telecommunications technologies (advantage)
