Rogob is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Network Development Manager to contribute to the expansion of the store network. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in management, business development, and retail expansion, with strong coordination skills.
- development and implementation of strategies for expanding the store network at a national level;
- identification and evaluation of opportunities for opening new locations;
- management of the negotiation process and acquisition/leasing of commercial spaces;
- collaboration with internal and external teams for expansion projects;
- budget and resource management for the development of new locations.
- minimum 3 years of experience in the field of retail network development or retail;
- excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- mobility (outside the office) and availability for field trips;
- ability to work with strict deadlines;
- higher education in economics, management, or a similar discipline.
