Shop Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
Planning, organization, and control over production. Monitoring compliance with technical production regulations, labor discipline, and all established standards, instructions, and procedures.
Analysis and improvement of existing standards and development of new ones when necessary.
Organization and control of the production of new products.
Maintaining healthy, ethical working relationships within the team.
Assisting each worker in achieving maximum labor productivity and quality of work performed.
Initiative and desire to work and achieve results
Higher education
At least 3 years of management experience in manufacturing
Computer skills
Knowledge of 1C is mandatory
The salary will be specified during the interview.
