Job description

Our client is a sales leader in the Moldovan market, providing security systems for video surveillance and access control. The company designs and implements security systems that protect businesses from expenses and thefts, creating an effective tool for controlling and managing processes. Present in the Moldovan market since 2002. Currently seeking a Head of Active Sales. Our team is looking for a dedicated leader with experience in sales, who will be responsible for attracting new clients to expand the portfolio, as well as for maintaining partnership relations with existing clients.

Responsibility

- Sales department management — actively seeking new clients and expanding the customer base
- Monitoring and managing workflows — coordinating employee activities and overseeing task completion
- Negotiations with key partners — conducting discussions with the company's most important clients and partners
- Marketing analysis — studying the market, segmenting customers, and identifying new opportunities
- Developing marketing strategies — participating in the formation and implementation of sales and promotion strategies
- Creating a motivation system — contributing to the development of a motivation and reward system for sales department employees
- Sales planning — setting sales goals and tasks, ensuring their accomplishment
- Team evaluation and development — analyzing the performance of each staff member and regularly monitoring their effectiveness
- Strategic planning — formulating long-term and short-term development plans for business lines, products, or services
- Managing partner relationships — fostering and strengthening ties with key partners and attracting new clients
- Organizing meetings and presentations — arranging negotiations, presentations, and seminars for partners and clients

Obligations

- Higher technical or economic education
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Experience in sales
- Driver's license 
- Language proficiency - Russian and Romanian
- Experience with Power BI and 1C will be considered an advantage
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively use non-price arguments in negotiations
- Ability to build long-term productive relationships with partners

Working conditions

Work schedule - Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00
