We're looking for someone passionate about ticketing to join our team. Someone motivated to learn, quick-thinking, and communicative. Someone responsible for outcomes, sales-oriented, engaging with customers via multiple channels (phone, chat, Viber, Telegram, social networks like Facebook, email, etc.) and capable of multitasking.
Taking over customer inquiries and transmitting price quotes in accordance with company procedures
Customer assistance throughout the pre and post-sales process
Assisting customers with online check-in
Promoting the agency’s products and guiding the customer to the best travel option
Monitoring customer payments for the issuance of travel documents
Knowledge of Amadeus reservation systems
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Excellent expressive abilities
Knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory,
Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
