Prepare insightful reports based on gathered data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the flight selection and purchasing process, providing timely updates and assistance as needed.
Persuasion, negotiation, and high-level communication skills.
Very good writing and speaking abilities in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
General understanding of the principles of high-level customer service.
Good computer usage skills.
