Front Desk Receptionist

Warmly welcoming and receiving guests, ensuring a professional experience from arrival to departure.

Efficient management of check-ins and check-outs, as well as handling reservations and phone calls.

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area, reflecting the company's high standards.

Informing guests about facilities, local events, and attractions.

Accurate and confidential processing of payments and financial transactions.

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or related fields.

Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.

Basic knowledge of the hotel industry.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and pay attention to details.

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and late evenings.

Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages; English is an advantage.
