Rogob is looking for a female/male colleague to fill the position of Recruitment Coordinator who is passionate about people and professional development.
-implementation of recruitment strategy to attract and select talented individuals
-collaboration with department managers to understand staffing needs and to tailor recruitment strategies
-organization and coordination of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for potential candidates (posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating feedback)
-providing necessary support to new employees during their team integration process
-promoting the company's employer brand through events, campaigns, and social networks
-monitoring and analyzing performance indicators in recruitment and proposing solutions for improvement.
-higher education in the field of human resources, psychology, or other related domains
-experience in recruiting for large teams
-strong knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and tools
-excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
-ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
