Respond quickly to all incoming requests
Check and notify your superior in advance about stock depletion
Restock shelves with merchandise from the warehouse and take care of the store's appearance
Issue the receipt and, if necessary, the fiscal invoice using the sales software
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills: the candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with buyers, respond to their inquiries, and explain important details in the purchase process of goods.
Empathy and Buyer Orientation: It is essential that the person is empathetic and adopts an approach focused on the customer's needs, demonstrating patience and understanding in interactions with them.
Organization and Time Management: The candidate must be highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines, ensuring the store operates efficiently and work schedules are maintained.
The candidate must be able to work in Microsoft tools: Excel, Word and be able to use Chat GPT.
The right candidate is someone who is continually learning and developing knowledge and sales techniques.

We offer a fixed salary of 9000 lei plus commission
