Recruiting salespeople and ensuring a proper initiation into the role.
Providing support to achieve planned performance indicators.
Developing existing salespeople and improving individual metrics.
Analyzing statistics on sales growth and decline.
Enhancing the sales department's performance indicators.
Ensuring compliance with company standards in the sales department.
Organizing and coordinating meetings within the sales department.
Setting sales quotas for each sales consultant.
Maintaining the motivation of subordinates.
Promoting the company's values, mission, and objectives.
Informing subordinates about main priorities in activities and upcoming projects
