Coordinating the distributor's sales team
Organizing and supporting training sessions for the distributor's sales team
Conducting presentations and tastings for product launches
Monitoring promotions at the point of sale (POS)
Checking weekly inventory
Participating in negotiations with partners
Proposing ideas for increasing sales
Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Implementing new products in the market and creating promotion plans
3-5 years experience in FMCG sales
Driver's license category B
Intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages
Basic skills in using Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Dual citizenship (Moldova/Romania)
Availability to travel to Romania for regular meetings
