Participating in sales campaigns and achieving set sales targets.
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and Russian and the ability to interact with various types of clients.
Empathy and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Knowledge of products for children and parents is an advantage.
Sales and persuasion skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
Positive attitude and a customer and solution-oriented approach.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
