Job description

We're looking for an articulate operator to become the voice of our company and to provide quality support to our customers!

Responsibility

  • Answering incoming calls – prompt and professional responses to client requests, while adhering to company standards.

  • Client consultation – providing up-to-date information about products, services, promotions, and collaboration terms.

  • Data entry in CRM – completing client records, logging requests, and call outcomes.

  • Forwarding requests to other departments – collaborating with sales managers, technical support team, and other specialists.

  • Handling complaints and grievances – correctly and efficiently resolving challenging situations.

  • Reporting – compiling call statistics and preparing reports.

  • Informing clients about additional services – promoting complementary products and special offers.

  • Participating in trainings – continuously developing professional skills.

Obligations

  • Experience in using CRM (is an advantage).

  • Clear and correct communication in Romanian and Russian.

  • Advanced PC operating knowledge.

  • Ability to quickly learn new programs.

  • Stress resistance and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.

  • Organization, discipline, and perseverance.
