Selling the company's services – birthdays, holidays, animation, quests, corporate events, shows, and venue rentals.
Calls to existing clients – informing them about news, promotions, and special offers.
Finding customized solutions – preparing commercial offers and assisting in choosing the right program.
Negotiations and contract conclusion – setting terms, managing objections, signing contracts.
Customer assistance – monitoring the advance payment, coordinating the order, and obtaining feedback after the event.
Working in CRM – managing the customer database and recording all interactions.
Sales analysis.
Negotiation skills, objection handling, and identifying customer needs.
Flawless written and verbal communication in Romanian and Russian.
Advanced PC skills (spreadsheets, databases, CRM, messaging).
Organization, discipline, and perseverance.
Desire to learn quickly and assimilate new programs.
