Customer service, taking orders, and selling ice cream.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, caring for inventory and equipment.
Managing stock levels and monitoring product expiration dates.
Participating in weekly inventory counts.
Applying sales techniques when taking orders.
Filling out requests to the team leader for the necessary quantity of products and beverages.
Receiving products in accordance with accompanying documents.
Arranging and storing goods in compliance with health standards and temperature regulations.
Collecting customer feedback during shifts and conveying the information to the team leader as a written report.
Communication skills in Russian/Romanian and friendliness.
Experience in customer service is welcome.
Willingness to work flexible schedules.
