Create and adapt your own sales department.
Meet your personal sales targets and the department's goals within the set timeframe.
Achieve all the department's KPIs.
Implementation of a CRM system.
Develop a strategy for trade marketing events targeted at specific segments.
Lead training sessions for top-tier clients.
