Legal - Debt Collector
Invest Credit LLC is looking for a dedicated and motivated legal professional to join our team in the risk department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection of outstanding debts and managing relationships with debtors.
Making phone calls to debtors, guarantors, and contacts to facilitate the reimbursement of overdue payments in both pre-litigation and litigation phases;
Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes;
Monitoring and updating made payment promises and reporting and real-time data entry into the company's software;
Providing periodic reports on debt collection activity;
Conducting client visits to monitor and recover outstanding receivables.
Previous experience in debt collection or in a similar role;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively;
Results-oriented with attention to detail;
Solid computer skills and proficiency in office applications.
