Three Types of Job Display
The Jobs Page centralizes all available positions, allowing you to filter them according to your preferences or profile. There are three ways to display jobs:

Classic with description – Each job is presented with a detailed description.

Map view – Jobs are illustrated on relevant maps indicating their locations.

Personal Cabinet
Candidate's Personal Profile
The candidate's personal profile offers complex and unique functionalities on the market, including dream job configuration, personalized recommendations, management of companies where you are employed or manage, tests, and more. These functionalities include:

Personal Cabinet – Aggregates interview invitations and events, providing a brief description about you and your companies.

Online CV – A section where you can input personal information, education, certifications obtained, and all your experiences.

Jobs – Configure your dream job, view jobs that match your profile, save your preferred jobs, and apply for them all in one place.
Kanban
Kanban
Kanban is an effective method for managing the recruitment process that allows you to visualize and optimize the workflow through a customized dashboard. The workflow is predefined with columns: New Candidates, Interview, Hired, and Rejected. You can customize this workflow by adding new columns to accurately reflect your recruitment process, adapting it to your company's needs. When a candidate clicks the “Apply” button, their card immediately appears in the “New Candidates” column. All information from the online CV is instantly available to you. While you cannot modify this information, you can supplement it with necessary documents and relevant comments. After the candidate has gone through the customized recruitment workflow, you can add them to your company’s organizational chart. You have the option to create new departments and maintain an up-to-date organizational chart.
