About company

We are Grafit Holding, an international group of 18 companies with over 500 employees and 21 years of experience in B2B sales.

We operate 6 offices in Moldova and abroad, including Argentina.

Our mission is to save the planet from overproduction — in all the languages of the world.

What we do:

  • 80% of our projects focus on sourcing surplus goods from the EU and the USA and redirecting them to markets with active demand.

  • 20% of our activities cover logistics, technical support, and administration.

Why join the Grafit team:

  • We are the first company in the country to introduce a shortened workday — 7 hours instead of 8.

  • We hire people without prior experience if they have strong foreign language skills.

  • We offer real opportunities for career change and growth — from entry-level roles to management positions, including CEO.

  • We invest in our people through training, mentoring programs, and professional courses.

  • We provide opportunities to travel for work to countries such as Germany, France, and Italy.

Grafit Holding is a place where global vision becomes a local career.
