Inter Cars S.A. was established in 1990 by Krzysztof Oleksowicz, Piotr Oleksowicz, and Andrzej Oliszewski, who set up the first distribution facility for auto spare parts and accessories on Powsinska Street (Warsaw). The warehouse, with an area of 300 square meters, also served as the company's headquarters at that time. In 2007, through the merger of Inter Cars S.A. with Japan Cars Auto, Europe's largest distributor of parts and accessories for vehicles made in Asia, the storage area expanded to an impressive 22,000 square meters, thanks to the contribution of the logistics center in Kajetany.
With a current stock of over 1,000,000 different items and a network consisting of more than 120 suppliers (many of whom are also original equipment suppliers), Inter Cars S.A. is the European leader in the field. Inter Cars began its operations in the Republic of Moldova in 2015, after approximately two years of preparation. In January 2017, sales started at a single location in Chisinau, and today it operates with 8 branches throughout the country. IC Moldova has the largest national coverage of auto parts distribution.

Future plans include expanding the distribution area through commercial partners, covering the entire administrative territory of the Republic of Moldova.
