Lapmol SRL was founded in Moldova in 1997 as a distributor of local dairy products. However, by 1999, the company had already begun producing glazed curd bars under the same brand, becoming the first local producer of this type of product. The "Big Lapik" brand, familiar to every Moldovan, appeared on the market in 2001, followed by the "Căsuţa Mea" brand in 2002.
Today, Lapmol SRL is one of the leaders in the dairy market in Moldova, with a nearly 20-year history. It operates two production sites: a butter and milk powder plant in Lipcani and a dairy processing plant in Calarasi, as well as a logistics center in Chisinau. The company currently employs over 450 people.
