The team of the collateral valuation department is looking for a colleague for the position of real estate/movable property valuation specialist.
The objective of the position consists of an independent, objective and timely internal assessment regarding the determination/confirmation of the market values of the assets held and/or proposed as collateral for loans requested/held by the Bank's clients.
What will you do:
Verification of evaluation reports carried out by independent companies submitted to the Bank in order to contract credit products;
Carrying out the evaluation of the movable assets proposed/held as collateral;
Revaluation of real estate/movable assets and monitoring of collateral.
Identification of risks related to guarantees;
What we were looking for:
Higher education in the field of valuation and cadastre,
Minimum 2 years of experience in collateral valuation,
Analytical skills, clear communication in communication with colleagues and Bank clients,
Ability to work independently and in a team,
Good time management skills.
