The Strategic Risk Management Department team is looking for a colleague for the position of risk control specialist.
The objective of the position is to identify, analyze, evaluate and report on various types and areas of risks arising from the Bank's current activity.
What will you do:
Completing reports;
Verifying the correctness of customer classification;
Identification, assessment and control of credit and concentration risk;
Monitoring compliance with limits;
Market, liquidity, country and transfer risk control;
Participation in the development of internal regulatory documents specific to risks;
Identification, assessment and control of ESG risk;
What we were looking for:
Minimum 2 years of banking experience (preferably in the field of lending and/or reporting to the National Bank of Moldova);
Experience working with the Bank's B2 operating system, preferably in the lending field;
Predisposition for numbers and mathematical calculations;
Constructive thinking;
Good knowledge of MS Office package;
Communication and teamwork skills;
Knowledge of Romanian; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
Experience in preparing reports is an advantage.
