Chief Accountant

Cooperativa Agrostoc announces the opening of the vacant position for a Chief Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing the accounting records of the Cooperative;

• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the State Authorities (SFS, Statistics, CNAM, CNAS), the Administrative Council, and the management of the Cooperative;

• Directing, monitoring, and effectively coordinating the activities of subordinate employees;

• Checking the correct calculation of taxes and mandatory contributions;

• Developing, submitting for approval the Accounting Policies, and the working Chart of Accounts;

• Creating primary accounting document forms for the completion of economic operations;

• Exercising control over economic operations, adherence to accounting information processing technology, and document circulation schemes;

• Ensuring compliance with the procedure and rules for conducting inventory of the Cooperative's assets;

• Participating in the analysis of the Cooperative's economic and financial activity;

• Participating in the preparation of the Cooperative's annual business plan.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics;

• At least 5 years of work experience as a chief accountant;

• Knowledge of 1C software version 8, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Thorough knowledge of the tax legislation and National Accounting Standards;

• Personal traits: Manager-Leader, Responsibility, Integrity, Perseverance.
