Entrepreneurial Cooperative is an economic organization formed through the free and voluntary association of a group of legal or natural persons for the joint production, purchasing, and distribution of products, or for providing services in the private interest of its members, adhering to cooperative principles and aiming to successfully trade the goods produced by each member.

C.Î. "Agrostoc" was founded on August 16, 2001, by 15 agricultural stores established within the CNFA Agromagazine program.

The cooperative members, regardless of their field of activity, increase their chances to earn a higher profit by uniting their efforts and operating under a single umbrella.

Each year, the cooperative members distribute the profit among themselves, based on the economic transactions carried out. Thus, the cooperative becomes the most convenient opportunity for local agricultural producers to achieve profit – a practice that is now widely used in several countries.
