Records the company's financial and accounting documents: invoices received, invoices issued, expense reports in accordance with legal provisions;
Daily entry of account statements;
Tracking and recording advances for settlement;
Periodic transmission of balance confirmations to customers/suppliers;
Issuing invoices;
Records of the financial performance of contracts with suppliers;
Archiving accounting documents;
Preparing other statements and reports requested by management.
Higher education (in progress) in economics - accounting;
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of current financial and accounting legislation;
MS Office – Excel – medium;
Good communication, planning and organizational skills, attention to detail;
Adaptability, flexibility, team spirit;
Concern for results and quality.
