Stock Records Operator / Inventory Inspector

We are expanding our team and are looking for a person for the inventory department - a dynamic role that involves daily travel to pharmacies and the warehouse, as well as inventory by scanning.
Role description
Activity carried out in different locations, according to the established schedule (Chisinau and, occasionally, regions).
Complete scanning of product stocks, using dedicated equipment.
Predominantly standing activity, with constant movement between shelves and stock areas.
Checking the differences that appeared after the scan and clarifying them together with the pharmacy.
Preparation of the final inventory report, including data, findings and conclusions.
Participation in total and partial inventories in pharmacies and warehouses (Chisinau and regions).
Recording inventory results and ensuring data accuracy.
Checking expiration dates and compliance with internal registers and documentation.
Identification, verification and documentation of discrepancies found.
Submission of the final report and closing of the inventory according to internal procedures.
Availability for daily travel, according to the established schedule (including in the regions, occasionally).
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity.
Increased attention to detail, accuracy and discipline in working with data and figures.
Basic PC operating knowledge (data entry, files, simple tables - Excel/Google Sheets).
Ability to learn quickly and comply with internal procedures.
Education and experience are not mandatory. We provide full training upon employment. Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
