Complete company accounting records.
Registration of primary documents (invoices, bank statements, deeds).
Supplier and customer records.
Monitoring stocks and participating in inventory.
Calculation and payment of taxes and fees.
Preparation and submission of tax returns.
Preparing monthly financial reports for management.
Managing the relationship with the bank and tax authorities.
Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax legislation.
Requirements:
Higher education in accounting, finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (preferably commerce/retail).
Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation in the Republic of Moldova.
Experience in using accounting programs (e.g. 1C).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Increased attention to detail and analytical skills.
Responsibility, integrity and respect for the confidentiality of financial data.
Ability to organize and meet deadlines.
