Information and financial support and consulting for the top management of the company when making financial decisions
Management and control of the company's finances (in particular — cash flows, revenues, costs, and expenses)
Evaluation of work efficiency (analysis of expenses, revenues, resource needs), as well as the impact of various factors on the financial results of the organization
Participation in tactical and strategic planning of the company through the development of multi-year revenue and expense budgets
Control over the execution of revenue and expense budgets through monthly performance monitoring, comparison of
Financial assessment of investment projects
Successful experience in the role of Financial Director in major companies or holdings for at least 5 years
Deep understanding of all aspects of financial management: budgeting, managerial accounting, financial analysis, tax planning, cash-flow, investment analysis
Ability to work in a multitasking, dynamic environment
High level of responsibility, strategic thinking, and a systematic approach to decision-making
Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively interact with owners, top management, and external partners
