In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the competition for the selection of personnel for vacant positions at the IP "Public Audit Oversight Council", approved by Decision of the Audit Oversight Committee No. 44 of December 22, 2025, the IP "Public Audit Oversight Council" announces a competition for the vacant position of:
Accountant – Chief (part-time)
General purpose of the function:
Ensuring the correct organization of accounting records in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Law and other regulatory acts regulating the respective field.
· Organizing and ensuring continuous accounting;
· Supervision of the management of financial resources according to budget lines and the needs for goods, works and services;
· Ensuring control over the correct and economical use of financial resources;
· Contributing to the inventory of the Council's assets;
· Elaboration of the budget draft and preparation of the annual budget;
· Preparation and presentation of all Reports: monthly, quarterly and annual;
· Elaboration of accounting policies;
· Planning, carrying out, monitoring and analyzing the Council's public procurement;
The candidate must :
· has higher education in the economic and financial field;
· have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field;
· holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
· know the Romanian language;
· know the legislation in the field of accounting, financial management, tax legislation;
· has full capacity to exercise;
· have knowledge of computer operation (Windows; MS Office, Internet);
· have no unextinct criminal record for crimes committed;
· not have reached the age required to obtain the right to an old-age pension;
· not have been convicted of a criminal offense, by final court decision, for crimes committed and not rehabilitated by law or through court proceedings.
