Job description

The Public Institution "Information Technology and Cyber Security Service" (STISC) was created in 2018.

Information systems security analyst

Responsibility

  • Identify, record and analyze cybersecurity incidents;

  • Periodically prepares reports on cybersecurity incidents;

  • Remediates security incidents that occur in network systems and equipment;

  • Conduct joint exercises and training to strengthen capabilities to respond to cyber attacks, including blocking cyber attacks;

  • Respects the confidentiality of professional information and personal data.

Obligations

  • Higher education in the field of information technology;

  • Knows Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, Unix operating systems, as well as programming languages and methods for administration;

  • Basic knowledge of network monitoring and analysis systems;

  • Knowledge regarding security threats (DDoS, phishing, defacement, sniffing, etc.);

  • Professional experience in the field of information systems security of at least 1 year;

  • Knowledge of the state language. Possession of foreign languages English, French is an advantage;

  • Skills in working with information, analytical thinking, organizational skills, communication skills, creativity, teamwork skills, flexibility, continuous self-improvement.
