Responsibility
Managing incoming calls (warm or hot leads);
Consulting clients about products, prices, bonuses, and all company services;
Working in 1C, receiving and processing orders, invoicing, and managing delivery;
Working with a wide range of goods.
Obligations
Experience in the field is welcome;
Basic knowledge of PC, Word, Excel, 1C is appreciated;
Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented;
Secondary or higher education;
Fluency in Romanian and Russian is required, English is an advantage.
