  • Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring timely, accurate internal reports, external submissions, tax filings, and audits.

  • Manage cash flow and treasury operations, including forecasting, banking relationships, and cost control initiatives.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, providing insights to support strategic decisions.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and group financial standards.

  • Oversee risk management, internal controls, and compliance investigations.

  • Provide strategic guidance and financial modelling support for new business development projects.

  • Manage corporate insurance policies and annual renewals.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, continuously improving efficiency, systems, and workflows.

Obligations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within multinational corporations or startups; Big 4 audit background is an advantage.

  • Experience in the automobile industry, with strong financial analytical skills and hands-on expertise in price build-up for import and distribution operations.

  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent reporting capabilities — able to derive accurate data from functional teams and present clear, structured reports to the board, senior leadership, and investors.

  • Experience in the automotive or consumer retail sector preferred.

  • Strong analytical mindset with top-level problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and operate effectively under pressure.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local language; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Ability to interpret financial data and influence management decisions.
