Financier / Financial Manager
Who do we need?
We don’t need an accountant-executor or “a person who calculates numbers after the fact.”
We need a financier who understands money as a business management system:
cash flows, risks, discipline, control and forecasting.
If you're used to just "closing the period" and not asking questions of the business, this isn't your role.
This is not a "quiet position."
For us, a financier is a filter of decisions and a mirror of reality, and not a person “for reporting.”
If you've been avoiding responsibility for the numbers, it will quickly be revealed here.
