Monitoring and implementing internal compliance policies;
Identifying and reporting suspicious transactions, according to AML requirements;
Ensuring compliance with national and international AML/CFT legislation;
Review and update internal procedures for regulatory alignment;
Working with other departments to ensure compliance with the legal framework.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the AML field;
Knowledge of AML legislation and regulations;
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Good communication and collaboration skills;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, English is an advantage
