We are seeking a Financial Analyst for our Client Services Department.
Servicing the existing portfolio
Calculating and verifying partner commissions
Creating invoices in the operating system
Providing necessary information to company subdivisions
Participation in modifying work procedures according to new legal and business requirements
Analyzing sales efficiency and promotional activities, checking product sales
Monitoring actual results against forecasts, preparing conclusions
Participating in the training of operators, proposing improvements to internal processes
Preparing reports and accounts with conclusions, observations, based on analyzed data
Supporting the Regional Sales Director in monitoring branch activities
Higher education in finance or economics
Proven experience in a similar position, for at least 2 years
Strong analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Fluency in Romanian, Russian at an advanced level; English is an advantage
Understanding of credit products is an advantage
Good understanding of IT applications used in credit management
