We are a growing FinTech company, developing a modern and strong network in the markets we operate in. We are looking for a committed and results-oriented Head of Network Operations and Performance, who is comfortable solving problems, optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient implementation of decisions.
This role is suitable for someone with a project management mindset, able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously – part operational, part commercial performance manager, part cross-team coordinator. You will work closely with the local team and HQ in Riga to ensure the efficient operation of the business and support the branches in achieving solid sales results and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the overall sales results of the branch network and for analyzing performance trends
Monitoring branch KPIs and initiating necessary actions to improve results
Close collaboration with branch teams and local management to achieve commercial objectives
Ensuring an operational framework that supports sustainable sales performance
Coordination of cross-department operational and commercial projects
Optimizing and simplifying processes to increase efficiency in branches
Support in launches, reorganizations and new initiatives
Ensuring the operationally and administratively efficient daily operation of the network
Identifying bottlenecks, risks or inefficiencies and implementing solutions
Support in the implementation of internal procedures and quality standards
Preparing structured reports on performance and operations for HQ in Riga
Ensuring a clear flow of information between local teams and group functions
2+ years of experience in operations, project management, branch coordination or commercial performance roles
Experience in financial services, FinTech, microfinance, banking or structured retail is an advantage
Solid project organization and coordination skills
Comfortable working cross-departmental (sales, risk, operations, HQ functions)
Analytical and structured, but practical and solution-oriented
Proactive, responsible and comfortable with taking ownership
